Health matters / Stephanie is amazing! I see her for regular massages to help with chronic muscle tension caused by work related stress. I always leave feeling 10 times better. She has an amazing ability to find and work through the areas where I hold stress and she adapts each session to my problem areas, mostly in my shoulders, neck and back. Today had somewhat of a tension headache due to stress, which resolved by the time I left her building.

Each massage is customized to my specific needs. Stefanie is great to work with and a gifted massage therapist. I am thankful to have her as part of my care team. It may be worth noting I have a complex spine fusion and she is skilled to handle this.
